Help!

I have a matter where I need to produce on paper a copy of an email
message sent from a user (client outlook 2002) via SBS exchange 2k to an
outside party and printout must include the internet headers.

I have the message in a sent items folder in outlook but message options
shows an empty internet headers box for all sent items? Any ideas how I
can get the headers? I'm obviously missing something here.

The message is older than my message tracking expiry in Exchange manager
message tracking center, and if if it where would only show the routing
and not the header?

Any suggestions appreciated..

If the message originated from the Outlook 2002 client then there would be
no Internet Headers. Exchange makes a copy in your Sent Items before going
to the Internet. Now if the the person Replied from the original message to
an outside user then the Internet Header would show.
