Well I followed the instructions at:
1)

and at:

by changing the HeapDeCommitFreeBlockThreshold setting to 262144 at
_unfortunately_ I still have an issue.
It almost seems to me this all happened about the time I added more memory
to the server... we are running about 3 gigs right now.
Can anyone offer any further advice??
