I have a user who is getting copies of everyones sent and
recieved e-mails in the domain. We download POP3 mail from
individual accounts from our hosted mail into exchange. I
am getting undeliverable messages for his account from anything we try to
send him from the outside world. One read " A
configuration error in the e-mail system caused the
message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded
between two recipients." I have since killed his account on the POP3
connector and he is recieving mail at the ISP now. We have done no config
changes on exchange.

I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check his profile and his contacts. Maybe he is using 'old' addresses?

Did you enable message archival to be sent to this specific user?

Did you already look in the event log file for any further clues?
