My event log includes several instances of the above error each day. I have
read a previous discussion about this error but became totally confused. I
only have one NIC and I wondered if anyone could tell me where to find the
Local Address Table or the Windows 2000 routing table and how I would go
about amending them. Help just makes it worse - if I type in Local Address
table I get a long list of apparantly unrelated references - nowhere does it
tell me what the LAT is or where to find it !

Regards

You must have ISA installed if you these errors. First of all I want to
suggest you put a second Nic in your server. At this moment ISA is running
in caching mode only and that is not what you want. With two Nics ISA can
run as a full blown Firewall. Here are some diagrams how to the setup a
network with network adapters:

The Lat can be found in ISA. If you drill down in the ISA Server Manager to
the hive with the name Network Configuration and choose Lat. Delete all
entries there and right click on Lat and choose to construct Lat entries,
restart ISA Server Control.

Thank you very much. I do have ISA but my router has a built-in firewall so I
opted for a single NIC. I have found my LAT (thanks) and it has a very simple
single entry - 10.0.0.0-10.0.0.255.
Where do I find the Windows 2000 routing table to compare ?

Regards
