error messages

I get this error messages:

1) Windows cannot copy file C:\Documents and
settings\Administrator\system volume information\ to
location c:\system volume information\. Contact your
network administrator.

DETAIL - access is denied

2) Lincense usage for product SMBserver 5.0 is nearing the
maxumum number of per server licenses purchased. Consult
lincense manager from the adminstrative tools folder for
more information.

Does anyone know how to solve these error messages?

The first error doesn't ring a bell with me. The second does: do you have
another server in your network? It should have per seat licensing, because
the SBS will take care of all licensing.
