Sir,
I have problem when the mail is downloaded to our mail server from the
druknet (internet service provider) which means, through the exchange server
when it has downloaded the mail, it is not coming to the microsoft outlook
but the event viewer shows mails downloaded.
I would be grateful if you could let me know why it is hapenning.

I have problem when the mail is downloaded to our mail server =
