All computers on my network are XP pro.
All computers send and receive email fine (SMTP), excepth
for this one computer when its sendind emails with
attachments.
Whenever we send an attachment from it, the attachment is
discarded and a file winmail.dat appears.
The computer has been scanned for viruses.

Any help?

Check the settings on the mail format tab in the Outlook options to see
what's different on the workstation that's having the problem. It seems
that most often this is a mail format issue. Failing that, try searching
TechNet or support.microsoft.com for "winmail.dat." There are quite a few
articles - I'd start with the Outlook ones since an Exchange configuration
issue would likely effect more than one user.
