The ISA 2000 is installed which is part of my SBS 2000.

The Client are NATClient and they have access to the web

However, they don't have access to newsgroup as well as email.

The following is the settings for the ISA Server which is Part of the SBS
2000:

The ISA server name is ARSPRIME properities

the Incoming Web request
Incoming listeners is Server is ARSPRIME and IP Address is 10.100.0.1

TCP 8080
SSL 443 ------------------->>> This port is different as to the Port on the
outgoing
Enabled SSL Listners is CHECKED

the Outgoing Web reques
Outgoing listeners is Server is ARSPRIME and IP Address is 10.100.0.1

TCP 8080
SSL 8443 ------------------->>> This port is different as to the Port on the
outgoing
Enabled SSL Listners is CHECKED

I also have the the Local Address Table (LAT) for ISA established for the
DHCP Clients scope 10.100.0.x to 10.100.0254 and the Local Domain Table
(LDT) have my domain name

Under the Site & Content Rules I have a default rule which I think was
established by SBS 2000 when I made the installation is called BackOffice
Internet Access Site & Content Group.
Also, inside the Protocol Rules I have a rule by default which have the
name of BackOffice Internet Access Protocol Rules, which was established
through the installation.

I tried to establish two Rules to allow the POP3(email) and NNTP(News
Groups) but they did not make a difference.

Please point me in the direction of what I need to do to allow the POP3
email as well as the News Group so client can have access.

Besides for the time being, I am hosting my Email & Website with a hosting
company but once I have everything correct with the ISA I will host my
website on IIS as well as my email through Exchange in the near future
localy.
Do I have to allow other protocols as this time when I start host my email
and website locally?

Thank You

Is the firewall client installed on the workstations? Are they pointing to
your servername and is autoconfiguration turned off?
