Hi,

Disk Defragmenter is available to use in SBS2000 and is recommended for
disk performance. You need to determine a schedule to run disk
defragmenter based on the file access that occurs on the server as well as
overall disk activity.

I usually run defrag once a month on my personal server, but again it just
depends on how active your drives are during the course of the day.
