disable SSL

QUESTION : HOW DO I TURN SSL OFF-- Please see error
messages below

The message could not be sent because one of the
recipients was rejected by the server.
The rejected e-mail address was 'marrast@marrast.com'.
Subject 'sent monday 2AM',
Account: 'gemsss.com', Server: 'gemsss.com', Protocol:
SMTP,
Server Response: '550 Unable to relay for

The connection to the server has failed.

Hi,

There can be several causes for these error messages. Is this when people
sent to your domain or when you are sending to a specific domain?
If it is every message to your domain you can check the Exchange settings,
router\firewall (if you use one) or the SMTP filter in ISA server:

Check the 3rd option under resolution for the Exchange 2000 server settings

For firewall settings:
295164 SMTP Clients Receive Relaying Prohibited Error Message When

For the SMTP filter in ISA, you could, as a test, disable to filter and see
if you are able to recieve mail:
