QUESTION : HOW DO I TURN SSL OFF-- Please see error

Hi,

There can be several causes for these error messages. Is this when people
sent to your domain or when you are sending to a specific domain?
If it is every message to your domain you can check the Exchange settings,
router\firewall (if you use one) or the SMTP filter in ISA server:

Check the 3rd option under resolution for the Exchange 2000 server settings

For firewall settings:

For the SMTP filter in ISA, you could, as a test, disable to filter and see
if you are able to recieve mail:
