What do you mean when you say the profile is wrong? If it's his Outlook
profile on the workstation, go into control panel/mail/show profiles.
Either delete the wrong profile, or select to always start Outlook with the
right profile.

If you're referring to his/her e-mail address, those are set based on the
recipient policy you create with the CEICW (for example,
username@yourdomain.com). If you want to change a user's e-mail address
from the default in AD Users and Computers, you have to un-check the box to
automatically update based on recipient policy. It's at the bottom of the
e-mail address page.
