You are going to find MS hard to reach at the momemt.
If you have a BSOD, you need to determine if it's a driver problem (did you
use windows update or something else that doesn't push drivers) and then you
are going to need to perform a repair, generally this involves a restore
from tape, erd, repair with In-place install.
