I'm having a hard time finding the solution for my problem.

Using SBS4.5 (hopefully client will upgrade soon to SBS2003),
we have two Linksys BEFVP41 connected over DSL connection.

Can i split my network from using 10.0.0.x 255.255.255.0
to using subnets like

Local network : 10.0.0.1 to 10.63.255.254 255.192.0.0
Remote network : 10.64.0.1 to 10.127.255.254 255.192.0.0

Local network has the SBS 4.5 server with two NICs:
10.0.0.2
192.168.2.2, Linksys VPN router is 192.168.2.1

Remote network Linksys VPN router is 192.168.1.1

If i want the remote network's Win XP and Win 98 machines to join the
domain,
access the exchange server and see other workstations on the LAN, what
should i do?
The remote network will not have any W2K server or any other server.

Is my hardware setup ideal for this scenario?
Can i add a 2nd NIC to a Windows XP machine and have it operate with 2 NICs
same as the local SBS4.5 server?

Any info is appreciated.

Thank you

I would make it easier than borrowing bits unless you borrow all 8. It
really depends how you want to setup both locations, put all Internet
through ISA or remote users go out just through the Linksys, etc..

I am not really an expert on bits, subnet masks and all, so i am not sure
what you
mean by the above.

We have no ISA, it's SBS 4.5 for now. The SBS location users will go
through Proxy Server which in turn is connected with its 2nd NIC to the
Linksys and Linksys to the ISP.

The remote office with no server is connected to the ISP there also and will
need to use their ISP through the Linksys for internet browsing.

For me, this is a complicated scenario, i'll have to find a lot more
information
on this issue.

Thanks
