I reinstalled the sbs2k and after that all the users gets a lot of spam.
Even if I create now a new email address, in a few hours it gets spam. How
this is possible? I have to configure something on exchange? How is it
possible for someone from Internet to see what email addresses I have on my
Exchange server?

This is not really uncommon
are your email addresses things like pete@mydomain.com and =
sally@mydomain.com etc.

If so its real easy to setup an algorithmn which just goes out and =
throughs emails at ever name in a name book at a particular domain.

but maybe this will help
How to prevent unsolicited commercial e-mail in Exchange 2000 Server

Or upgrade to SBS2003 and make use of the Instant
Messagng Filter provided in Exchange Server 2003 SP1.
Much easier!

Little correction: SP1 is not needed to use IMF. IMF works with the Exchange
2003 with or without SP's.
