I have just set up an XP pro client PC on my network and
want to connect to a LaserJet 4100dtn managed by my 4.5
SBS. I can see it when I do an add printer on my client
and indeed the add printer appears to have set it OK, I
can see the duplex settings etc., within properties.
Hwever, it won't print. I suspect that it needs the XP
printer driver (which I've downloaded from th HP web
site), but how do I get SBS 4.5 to upload it to the XP
client?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Gary Cooper

Hi Gary,

I don't think you can push the W2K and XP-printerdrivers from the SBS 4.5.
You'll need to install the drivers manually on those clients.
