Hello, i recently installed small business server at work, and I am
trying the remote Connect to Small Business Server. I keep getting
this

Unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server may be
unreachable, or security parameters may not be configured properly for
this connection. (Error 800) For customized troubleshooting
information for this connection, click Help.

We have a linksys router and I read at the ms site to update the
firmware, so I did it, and still no luck. I also opened the port for
telnet, but im not sure what port sbs uses. If anyone can help I will
appreciate it.
Thanks John

Did you select to allow VPN in the To-do-List/Connect-to-the-Internet
and set the User profile to allow remote access ?

Opened up Port 1723 and GRE Protocol 47 on the Router ?
