Is there any way I can have a backup server running on a remote site that
will mirror the main sever should we have any disasters in our office? I
have ADSL on both sites?

You will need some third party software to assist with this setup. Search
google as there are some good choices.

Unless you have Software Assurance you are not permitted to install the SBS
software on another server concurrently. And even with Software Assurance,
you're backup SBS server, must be a "cold standby"
