After installing SBS 2003, we don't get any ISA alerts anymore. For example,
when we used to perform a port scan on the SBS 2000 server, we would receive
an "Intrusion Detected" message. Now we don't get anything anymore. What
could be wrong?

You'll have to reset them up again. Running the wizard resets everything.
