Did you make a new zone for your external domain name? Usually when I
have tried to access a website on an external server it bombs with the
ip but works with the webdomainname.

My Domain name is the same as my web site name!
Where I can add a new zone? Do you mean ISA server create a new zone?

You would add a new zone if you had followed the prefered domain
naming convention for SBS. That said another way means company.local
is the traditional naming convention. Since you did not follow that a
second zone is not relevant. This would have been done in the SBS DNS
forward zones.

There is your internal dns and there is often a dns for your Fully
Qualified Domain Name that your isp or web hoster maintains. If you
post the FQDN that you purchased someone may be able to look at your
records to see the problem.

Have you run through the Internet Connection Wizard which is found in
the Administrative Console?

I've found www.dnsstuff.com - to be pretty good at this sorta thing -
returning non-cached results.
