I have never gotten FTP to work on my SBS. I probably made an incorrect
selection early on, but I don't know how to fix it. I have both Win98 and
W2K workstations. IE connectivity to the Internet works ok. I run Exchange
Server without any problem. I have a DSL line to my ISP. Everything works
great except FTP. Luckily I have a modem on one PC which through dial-up
networking allows me to FTP what I need to. But how do I get FTP to work
through the Server?

Try making sure the firewall client is installed and enabled on the
workstations. In the Internet Options, Advanced tab, clear the check box
to enable folder view for FTP - at least for me, that option keeps me from
being able to view ftp sites normally.
