Situation is as follows:

SBS2000 dual NIC all applications active and running

All desktops are OK and can be easily configured and added to the AD Domain
via client install diskette.

I have (1) WAP on the local network.
WEP and MAC Authentication active

question...should WAP be configured as DHCP server for a dedicated range of
IP's that are excluded from the SBS2000 server DHCP? or will the SBS2000
DHCP server provide IP's to the wireless users?

I now have to add the laptop users to the SBS2000 Domain.

What steps need to be followed?

Please either point me to an information source or be specific. Thanks in
advance

sbs can provide the ip addresses, although many would suggest that you set
aside a range of IP addresses from DHCP reservation, and assign each
wireless workstations one of those fixed IP addresses. Others would suggest
that your WAP be placed outside your SBS server, and let the wireless
workstations use VPN to connect into the SBS server.
