Just a remark using POP3 connector with SBS 2003. There seem
to be an issue with vanishing emails:
- You have set up POP3 connector using individual mailbox accounts
- No messages are delivered to the Exchange mail boxes, but
all messages were downloaded from ISP POP3 accounts.
Email will vanish if the delivery-to address of the email is
not found in the Exchange mail addresses. We had setup an ISP
mailbox wwwinfo@xxx.yyy, but not entered that address into any
exchange account. No messages were delivered to ANY user account.
After we have setup a distribution group, everything was fine
again.
I hope this solves some of the users trouble.
