I would like to know if it is possible for a client with outlook express to
connect via the internet and collect mail from my SBS machine. I know that
VPN and OWA are available both of which are available but not in these
particular circumstance.

Hi Dave...

Yes is possible (ensure pop3 is ticked in ICW)...

Remember outlook express ' deletes ' emails from source so need to decide if
settings in OE need to be configured to ' leave copy on server ' incase user
visits office.

Why VPN and outlook not used ?

The person using the mail has a PDA but I haven't got round to setting up
Mobile Information Server yet. So this is just an interim measure.
