Hi,

I've read an article on setting up a public folder for
email when you have a team of users.
(http://www.msexchange.org/articles/MF021.html) I also
require an auto reply email to acknowledge emails which
arrive in the folder. Any idea how I can do this?

In the properties of the public folder, go to Administration/ Folder
Assistant/ Add Rule.
