I have Administrator rights on all our systems.

We have a problem with our server & I am not in the office can I get access
to the server admin console?

The problem we had was then a user tried to open folders on the server a
message popped up saying "their are no available logons at this time"

We have rebooted the server and when the users started their pc's it took
about 10 mins for the pc to load personal settings & when they had loaded up
they are crashing when using many different file types?

Hi Simon,

Depends: have you setup remote access to the server? In that case you can
use RDP to get the Server console.

If you have SBS 2000, download the RDP client to your remote computer...

Remote Desktop Connection Software Download
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/rdclientdl.asp

Assuming you have a default setup of SBS 2000, Terminal Services is already
installed in Remote Administration mode. So all you should need to do is
establish the VPN, and follow the procedures in the following article to
configure the RDP client and access the server.

Using Windows 2000 Remote Administration of Windows 2000 Servers Using
Terminal Services
http://www.2000trainers.com/article.aspx?articleID=268&page=1

If you have SBS 4.5, and can VPN, you may be able to start the Netmeeting
service (if not already running) and access the server using it...
