Upgrading from 4.5 to 2000 on new computer - recommendations?

To all,

We're using SBS 4.5 and are purchasing a new server from
Dell (Power Edge 2600) with SBS 2000 installed. We want to
migrate our users (8 total) from the present server to the
new one.

What recommendations do you have on this migration? I've
downloaded MS's two part "How To..." guide. Is this the
way to go?

I want this to be as painless as possible.

To do this you use exmerge which comes on the Win2000 cd
in SBS2000. I used it when migrating from nt4.0 to
SBS2000 and that part of the migration wasn't too
difficult.
