I'm aboutto upgrade our existing SBS 2000 to SBS 2003. Will the existing CALS
be intact?

Most of us don't like upgrades because it brings along any old problems and
"garbage" you may have. A migration is better preferably a swing migration
(www.sbsmigration.com). You will need new SBS 2003 CALs. Make sure once you
have SBS 2003 that you have SBS 2003 SP1 installed. If the new SBS 2003
you're using is R2 it will already be at SP1.
