We currently have two SBS 2000 servers. One really needs to be updated, the
other not so much.
Besides SBS 2003 is there another version coming out, if so when?

I hope you mean that you have two SBS 2000 servers each one at a different
location or some such thing, because you couldn't have two SBS 2000 server
in the same AD domain and both be functioning

SBS 2003 is the latest version. SP1 will be out sometime later this year,
perhaps before summer You may have seen some noise in the media regarding
Windows 2003 R2 which will add some features and functionality. SBS 2003
will be updated when appropriate to reflect R2

As for another version, not likely for quite sometime.

thanks for the info.
We have two separate offices hundreds of miles apart that do different work.
So, they both have different domains and each has it's own SBS 2000 server.

So, if I were to purchase an upgrade I would still be buying SBS 2003 and
not WIN3R2?

That is correct
SBS 2003 for both of them
SBS 2003 R2 is a very very very very long way off from all reports.
