Is it possible to carry out an in place upgrade from Windows 2000 Server to
SBS 2000, and retain user accounts, profiles, etc?

Thanks in advance

Yes. There might be a couple of small things you need to do on the win2k
server first - check the SBS release notes - but it should be a very simple
procedure.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for using Microsoft Technical Support Newsgroups.

Yes, it is possible. You will need to purchase the full SBS product as you
will not be able to use an SBS upgrade package to perform this installation.

Once again, thank you for using the newsgroups.
