Unwanted logon to workstation

We have set on the server some loging time limitation for some users. This
should not allow them to log into the workstation as well.
In fact this works bust some users have found some way to log into
workstation (not into the server). They are for sure using their user names
to log.

Does any body know how they can achieve this and how we can assure that they
cannot log at all if the time iso outside the limited range?
