This question actually pertains to a Win2K server. We are
using terminal services sessions to allow users to access
their email etc...

Yesterday I received a complaint from a user stating that
they received an email which included attached .jpg files
and that they were unable to open them.

When they double click the attachment from within
Outlook, an Outlook error box comes up simply
stating "The system cannot find the path specified"

However, if they drag that attachment out of email and
place on their desktop, then double click it, the
appropriate application is launched which allows them to
view.

What might be going on in Outlook that is generating this
error?

Thanks,

Brad
