Presently we use the IP address range on our SBS V4 of
89.2.2.--- this is because we also have a Unix server on
the network which uses this address range. Will SBS2003
accept 89.2.2.2 as its IP address rather than the
dafault? If not is there a solution other than changing
the IP address of the Unix server. Also is it possible to
do a migration upgrade from V4 to 2003?

Yes you can assign any IP you want
Are you currently using a single nic or two nics and how are you handling
firewall/proxy issues

Yes you can do a migration upgrade...the document is on the sbs website

I will be using a two nic setup plus our adsl router has a
built in firewall
