I am in the midst of downloading Trend Micro's Small
Business trial software for SBS, and would like to hear
from others that have tried it and/or those that still
use it in their productive environment. In interested to
hear how you like it, dislike it, comments on the product
including ease of use, difficulty of use, effectiveness,
etc.

Also, is there anything about which I need to be aware
before installing the software?

Thanks for all information provided.

If you are installing the CSM for SMB then make sure you unclick the
use SSL or secure. I am not sure where it is during the setup but it
will cause you minor grief if you miss unchecking that. Also note that
the messaging part is run after you load the Client/server part from
inside the Office Scan management console. It installs it's own
management console. The spam console is another click somewhere else.
I like to do attachment blocking for bat, scr, pif. Others get more
aggressive. I also set everything to delete if it cannot clean, not to
quarenteen (sp).

You should be downloading the CSM, not just the CS.
