. I cannot find a specific case on these Errors in
MS TechNet, or supporting fixes to resolve these problems.

Any ideas how to simply solve this problem, and still
utilise the shared Fax capability in SBS 2000?

another suggestion: try physically powering down your server, and then
powering it back up (note: power it completely down, don't just do a
restart). Often this alone will clear up PerfLibs. Once in a great while I
have to do 2 power down/power up cycles.
