Recovery of SBS2000 Domain Controller to new hardware
A client has had their SBS2000 Domain Controller machine suffer a hardware
failure (motherboard).
We've built a new machine and installed SBS2000 onto new hard drive. I have
an image of the old drive containing the Registry and other data on a
auxillary hard drive.
I plan a fresh install of SBS2000 onto the new hard drive. What
resources/utilities are available that would import the AD and Security
Descriptors from the auxillary hard drive to the fresh install of SBS 2000?
Any help greatly appreciated. Tag: Test Tag: 175218
no-ip.com and sbs2000

Migration Question.
I'm in the process of determining what it will take for us to get out of
SBS2000 and into a regular Windows 2003 server. I know that my licensing
for SBS2000 is not valid on the W2K3 server platform. I expected that I
could just buy the individual components (we'll do W2K3 Server, and Exchange
2003 only and rely on another solution for ISA), and now I'm trying to find
some good tips on migration.
I read the following from:
http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsServer2003/sbs/techinfo/overview/licensingfaq.mspx
Q. Running Small Business Server 2000, how can I grow beyond 50 users
now that the Small Business Server 2000 Migration Pack has been
discontinued?
A. You will need to upgrade to Windows Small Business Server 2003. If
you grow beyond 75 users, you also will need to purchase the Windows Small
Business Server 2003 Transition Pack. The Small Business Server 2000
Migration Pack is no longer available.
If I understand this correctly, in order to smoothly transition from SBS2000
to W2K3 Server, I need to buy SBS2003 as well as the Transition Packs? Tag: Test Tag: 175214
Another Mx Problem
Hi,
We recently switched our DNS services to Register.com. At first, I copied
the way our settings had been before. For Mx records, I put in:
Host Name Priority Mail Server
sa-intl.org High 64.115.124.115
it.sa-intl.org High mail.centroitalia.coop.org
After I set this up, it worked just fine, or so I thought.
Then I checked with Register.com's tech support to verify that I had set up
the subdomain's (it.) Mx record properly. They said that I had, but they
insisted that for our main record, it should say mail.sa-intl.org, and NOT
our mail server's IP address, and we should have an A record pointing
mail.sa-intl.org to our mail server's IP address.
I followed their advice, and we stopped receiving external email. So I
switched the Mx record back to our IP address, and we received external
email again.
But I'm getting reports that people from some domains are unable to email
us. They're getting NDRs like:
<SAI.sa-intl.org #5.5.0 smtp;550-Verification failed for...
And, when I go to DNSreport.com, we get:
FAIL: MX is host name, not IP
ERROR: You have one or more MX record(s) that contain an IP address. This
is not valid. A fully RFC-compliant mailserver will not be able to send you
mail (although some mail servers will, due to the TCP/IP functions that they
use). The problem MX records are: 64.115.124.115.
also I get:
WARN: Multiple MX records
WARNING: You only have 1 MX record. If your primary mail server is down or
unreachable, there is a chance that mail may have troubles reaching you.
But when I followed followed Register.com's advice, we stopped receiving
emails. I don't want to mess around with it again without knowing exactly
what to do.
Many thanks in advance!!!

SBS2k, exchange backup to clear logs
All,
Have SBS2k site where data is growing quite quickly at present..
Have had to alter the backup to NOT include Exchange, as it had hit the
limits of the 40GB tapes, even with compression.
SO.. Have another set of tapes on order, as I believe Exchange could be
backed up during the day, as it can backup whilst running (using Backup
Exec).
Data backup will run overnight, then the User will swap out the tape for
the Exchange backup to run.. Tape for next evenings data backup will go
in after lunch.
As long as they get into a routine, it should be fine.
However, I could do with clearing the logs which are building, as
Exchange is not being backed up.
Is there a way to clear the logs without a backup?
Or, can I run a 'fast and dirty' fix by using ntbackup to do a backup to
a USB connected disk to cause the logs to be cleared?
If the latter, what are the switches on the ntbackup command?

Changed Primary DNS
Our ISP recently gave us new primary and secondary DNS server addresses
which I promptly put into the DNS properties as 'forwarders'.
After doing this I realized I should re-run the ICW...where I put in these
new addresses.
Our internet browsing is all working OK on the network. However, I am
getting an application error in our event viewer every few seconds. The
error is event ID: 14120 Source: Microsoft Web Proxy. "The ISA Server
services cannot create a packet filter...This event occurs when there is a
conflict between the LAT configuration and the Win 2000 routing table..."
Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks! Tag: Test Tag: 175196

Add 2003 exchange ent. to a sbs 2000 domain
Our client has a 2k sbs environment with a dozen users. Currently 280 agents,
that work on behalf of the company, use mail services provided by a offsite
hosted mail server.
They want to have control over the mail for the entire organization but as
we all know sbs's exchange would up and die.
We would like to:
add an Ent. Exchange server with OWA to the sbs network
Liscense the internal users properly for the new server
create mail enabled contacts for the agents
add the external conector to the new server to cover the agents access
The part I see problems with is Exchange needing to authenticate the agents
and the SBS restrictions.
Is there any way to do this in a SBS network.
My fall back plan is to put a 'dummy' domain mycompany.mail on the Exchange
server. I would only need to liscence the 12 users and thats not a big deal.
The exchange server would host AD and be the only computer in its domain?
Any help fitting this server into the SBS network would be great. I plan to
upgrade them to SBS2003 so they can use RWW and it would be nice if the OWA
links worked?
__Side bar__ If I need to uninstall the SBS version of Exchange, will
Add/remove break anything that is not related to Exchange?
Thanks

Setting ISP MX Records
I am trying to find out how to set my MX records for my domain correctly, and
could really use some help.
I have two DSL connections that both route to my Exchange server for SMTP.
Each has it's own IP address.
The MX record I have for my main IP at the ISP says
domainname.com. MX 10 mail.domainname.com.
The corresponding DNS A record says
mail.domainname.com. A 209.xxx.xxx.xxx
First of all, does it matter to exchange server what the name
(mail.domainname.com) is? This isn't the name of the exchange server, but it
is the right domain name and IP address. The guy at the ISP said that if the
name is important to exchange, then I wouldn't be able to add a second MX
record for mail.domainname.com and point it to the other IP address. He says
that would confuse it and it wouldn't work.
I was thinking that if exchange doesn't care what the name says in the
record, then I could just enter an MX saying something like
domainname.com. MX 20 mail2.domainname.com.
And also I could enter the A record to say
mail.domainname.com. A 216.xxx.xxx.xxx
Any ideas on how I can make this work?
Thanks!

Switching from ISP hosted e-mail to self hosted
I am running SBS 2000, and I want to switch Exchange 2000 from ISP hosted
e-mail to hosting it on our server. All our users already have SMTP address
and their own e-mail boxes. Currently, incoming e-mail goes to a global pop3
account at the ISP, which exchange picks up every 15 minutes. Outgoing
e-mail goes to the ISP's SMTP server, which is listed in Exchange in the
SmallBusiness SMTP Connector.
In order to get everything set up for hosting internally, I will be having
the ISP change the MX records to point to our server instead of theirs so
that the incoming mail will be routed here. Other than that, I am wondering
what I should do about the SmallBusiness SMTP Connector. Should I delete
that connector entirely? Should I set it to "use DNS for mail delivery"? I
was thinking that if I use DNS for mail delivery, the server will still send
through the ISP's mail server. I really wanted to be able to use Exchange as
its own SMTP server. Any thoughts on what I need to do to make sure Exchange
is acting as it's own SMTP server for the outgoing e-mail?
Also, since the ISP (who hosts our domain) will have MX records pointing to
us for e-mail, do I need to enter MX records in my DNS server internally? I
have two ISPs that I will be using concurrently (we have two DSL
connections), each with it's own static IP addess. I am planning to have the
ISP enter MX records for both possible IP adresses.
Thanks for any help you can provide,

NDR with 5.3.0. Exchange Mistakenly sent mail to incorrect MTA
Hi!
I have a problem that I'm struggling to get a solution to. Exchange seems to
be sending mail to a provider on it's A-record host, not the MX. The
following appears in my log:
---
A non-delivery report with a status code of 5.3.0 was generated for
recipient rfc822;theuser@online.no (Message-ID
<AEE1EC6506FF364AA0FED88265B66299023F7B@myhost.mydomain.local>).
Causes: Exchange mistakenly attempted mail delivery to an incorrect MTA route
---
This is an SMTP protocol error log for virtual server ID 1, connection #42.
The remote host "148.122.161.36", responded to the SMTP command "rcpt" with
"553 5.3.0 <theuser@online.no>... We do not relay from my.mx.ip.here ". The
full command sent was "RCPT TO:<theuser@online.no> ". This will probably
cause the connection to fail.
---
This _only_ happens when one of my users tries to send a mail to the
online.no-domain.
nslookup responds with the following for online.no:
Non-authoritative answer:
online.no nameserver = ns2.nextra.no
online.no nameserver = ns1.nextra.no
online.no MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = mx.online.no
online.no internet address = 148.122.161.36
online.no nameserver = ns1.nextra.no
online.no nameserver = ns2.nextra.no
ns1.nextra.no internet address = 148.122.208.98
ns2.nextra.no internet address = 148.122.161.2
mx.online.no internet address = 193.213.115.10
---
The real problem is that Exhange tries to send the mail to the internet
address (A-record), and not to the MX (193.213.115.10). I've searched
everywhere, without figuring out _why_. I have also been in touch with the
provider, and they are unable to provide me with any leads to why this is
happening.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

NDR 5.5.0 smtp:550 problem
I'm struggling to understand how to fix a problem with SBS 2003 Exchange
using ISA server.
We are company AA and, together with three other businesses (ie companies
BB, CC and DD), we have just purchased company XX. Each company uses
different ISPs.
At company AA, we need to be able to send email outbound from our Exchange
2003 server as both Sandy@XX.com and Sandy@XX.com. I've set up each user in
the Active Directory with email addresses for both domains and made BB.com
the primary address for each user. The SBS configuration is set up with
company AA as the primary domain for Active Directory and Exchange. The SBS
Exchange 2003 server uses SMTP for outgoing email and POP3 for incoming.
This all works fine.
The IT support guy at company XX has changed the settings on his Linux
server so that all incoming email to Sandy@XX.com, John@XX.com, Sally
@XX.com etc are forwarded to Sandy@AA.com, John@BB.com, Sally@CC.com etc at
the other ISPs. That works fine. When any one mail recipient at company
BB receives an incoming email it is correctly forwarded to company AA. When
John at company BB sends an email to me at Sandy@XX.com with a copy to
Sally@XX.com the server correctly forwards all the email to me at companies
AA and Sally at company CC.
The problem we have is that, once the Exchange server in company AA has
received the forwarded email from John, it tries to send a copy to the
other recipients. This seems to create some kind of circular messaging
resulting in the following NDR:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

At company AA, our Active Directory has been set up with a new
Organisational Group containing contact records for John, Sally etc. Each
contact record has an primary email address of, for example John@XX.com and
a secondary email address of John@BB. The company AA Exchange server has a
default recipient policy with the company AA domain set as "responsible for
all incoming mail". I've set up a higher priority recipient policy for
incoming mail for company XX domain recipients. Do I need to check the box

Fixed IP problem??
Hi All
new to SBS2000 so a bit dim.
Have all clients on DHCP. Server is 10.0.0.2
All clients could access an ISDN router on 10.0.0.3 that gives external
access to a remote database. The IP address and name of the database is set
in the hosts file.
Had to set up some clients with a fixed IP address so they could operate
some telephony software. Since then those clients are unable to access the
external database although all the other clients on DHCP still can.
Giving them a fixed IP seems to have messed access up. The fixed IPs range
is from 10.0.0.102 -106 and subnet of 255.255.255.0 are all set on the
client PCs but I havnt done anything on the server. I suspect I need to do

file replication service warnings
Hi,
We are currently running SBS2K, and we tried promoting our file server
(windows advanced server 2k) to be an additional domain controller for
redundancy, and so that we can still log in while we upgrade the small
business server to 2k3 in the next few weeks.
We ran dcpromo on the file server and no problems were experienced. After
the promotion, we switched off our small business server and experienced the
following problems:
- some users don't get mapped drives when they log in
- some users cannot access the internet
- the file server itself cannot access the internet
Further, we are receiving the following warnings in the File Replication
Service event log:
EventID 13508:
The File Replication Service is having trouble enabling replication from
JSRSBS01 to JSRFS01 for c:\winnt\sysvol\domain using the DNS name
jsrsbs01.jsr.local. FRS will keep retrying.
Following are some of the reasons you would see this warning.
[1] FRS can not correctly resolve the DNS name jsrsbs01.jsr.local from
this computer.
[2] FRS is not running on jsrsbs01.jsr.local.
[3] The topology information in the Active Directory for this replica
has not yet replicated to all the Domain Controllers.
This event log message will appear once per connection, After the
problem is fixed you will see another event log message indicating that the
connection has been established.
and also
EventID 13565:
File Replication Service is initializing the system volume with data
from another domain controller. Computer JSRFS01 cannot become a domain
controller until this process is complete. The system volume will then
be shared as SYSVOL.
To check for the SYSVOL share, at the command prompt, type:
net share
When File Replication Service completes the initialization process, the
SYSVOL share will appear.
The initialization of the system volume can take some time. The time is
dependent on the amount of data in the system volume, the availability of
other domain controllers, and the replication interval between
domain controllers.
I used the active directory replication monitor on the small business server
to see if there was anything wrong, but it reported that everything was
working well. Also, the Active Directory and Users on the file server seems
to have all the correct data contained within it. Could someone please tell
me what's wrong, or what I haven't completed in the dcpromo process...
Please help!
Many thanks in advance,

everyone logs into and the other is a test server that few people log into.
The problem is when we try to acces the production server using the "NET"
command. I was hoping to use a remote share to bring production files into
the test environment. When I issue the following "NET" command I get a
"System error 53 has occurred." and the command fails.
NET USE G: \\192.168.16.2\G password /USER:domainprod\username
/PERSISTENT:NO
The IP address is the internal NIC card on the production server and "G" is
a share name to the "G" drive on that server. "password
/USER:domainprod\username" is a valid name and password on the production
server. I can ping the address without a problem.
Anyone have a clue what is causing the error?
I have searched the net and can't seem to get a explanation of what is
causing the error. The computer that is failing, is abel to access another
remote computer across a VPN connection which is a Windows 2000 Server using
basically the same syntax without a problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
TIA

TServer licencing server, not recognizing added CALS?
SBS2K Server + Separate W2K TServer
12 W2K Clients 6 WINXP Clients (some remote via VPN) 20 CALS installed
on SBS (10 recently two months ago when we added new clients) All users
have access to TServer but rarely more than 6 or 8 at a time.
We are getting a "Can Not Connect..." error. I've confirmed that it is
because of the maximum number of connections (when I close one it
immediately allows the connection that was being refused)
I believe that (with W2K and XP clients) the limit of TServer
connections is determined by the number of avialable SBS CALS. Is there
something that I'm missing? How does the W2K TServer get the licence
info from the SBS?
I 've seached for licencing posts and become confusder and confusder
any direction would be helpful.

Because of a protocol error detected at the client (code 0x1104), this session will be disconnected
Hi,
I've been looking at a couple of similar posts about this issue within
the groups here in particular one by Crazy but hasn't seemed to have
changed the situation after making those registry chages and restring
the server.
I can't even get to RWW at present (SBS 2003 Server here) -the virtual
ports are all configured on the Router OK to pass through and the
server certificate is OK too. I have even ran through the Internet
Connection wizard again and still no joy.
If I try to created a Remote Desktop connection I get the above
message. It was all working OK until I updated a couple of recent
Micrsoft patches too (can't remember what they were though?!)
Anyone else got any ideas? Tag: Test Tag: 175116

Exchange 2000 bandwidth needed

Outlook 2003 POP3 problem
Under SBS2K in my Outlook 2003 I am also setup to get POP3 mail from 2 other
email accounts. I notice that inside Outlook in the email accounts it keeps
changing the POP3 incoming mail server to "Localhost" and it appends the
incoming mail server address to my user name. This cause me to loose my
email connection. When I edit the incoming mail server correctly and remove
it from my user name it works. This appears to be an Outlook function and
not SB2K. It only happens in Outlook 2003.
How do I stop this?

Inexplicable loss of functionality
I'd appreciate suggestions for troubleshooting a strange issue I'm
seeing with a Windows 2000 SBS server.
The problem is usually discovered when someone tries to monitor POPcon
(a third party POP3 connector), but the following issues prevent me from
troubleshooting:
The following utilities stop functioning (hang on startup, or when
attempting to connect remotely):
Event Viewer
Internet Services Manager
Service Control Manager
Network and Dial-up Connections
Routing and Remote Access (although the service still accepts connections)
Computer Management (loads but items fail or hang)
I also tried these command-line tools, but they also hang:
netstat
net share
net start/pause/continue/stop
I also tried the following tools from sysinternals:
tcpview starts, but displays nothing
prcview hangs on starting
psservice hangs after displaying the banner
I also noticed that IIS does not seem to respond to requests.
Also Internet Explorer on the server will not open web sites, but will
open local pages.
All other services, such as ISA Proxy Server or Terminal Services, seem
to operate normally.
I don't know where to start, so I'd really appreciate any ideas, thanks. Tag: Test Tag: 175107

having problems, my SBS 2000 network is set up as in the article bar the
fixed IP details in the router:

When the router is set up to get a dynamic IP is appears to be find and
email and internet work ok, when I set it to connect with its static IP
under online status on the router it appears to be connected to the
specified Static IP and it looks fine but we cannot get access to the
internet and exchange cannot pick up email.
I have looked for hours for the way to set it up properly but cannot find
anything that works.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as we'd like to get this set
up correctly as soon as possible.

changing user password remotely
Hi,
I have a site to site VPN connection. In main office I have Active

logon & get authenticated. I have set an option that the password

the problem is Remote Users are not able to change the logon passwords

Is there any way to resolve this issue.

I RECEIVED THIS MAIL:
I RECEIVED THIS MAIL:
YOU WANT KNOWLEDGE AS WELL AS END ONLY 4,- EUR >> OVER 400,000 EURS
BECOMING?
With your PC, of at home from, with 30 minutes and ONLY 4,- Euro?
>THEN HARVEST NOW EXPANSE<
The idea behind it is conceivably simple:
Everything what you need only do, is to be passed along this letter.
It is no fairy tale; it is not illegally - it functions really!!
After that you have not the slightest work therewith.
A large economy-newspaper became also on this program attentive and came
after careful test to the result that this program is a simple and above ALL
LEGAL type to earn money.
Other this program so would be chosen otherwise no longer.
Equal whether you are housewife, working that which is sought, employee ,
more independent, amateur or pro, here each has the same chance!
You need no previous knowledge, have a free time arrangement and go no
obligations at all on.
You can operate this program also as a next to-salary.
Above all however nimm this program seriously.
SHORTLY TO ME:
I am named Markus Rehn, and this program middle had received February 2005
per mail.
At present I was unemployed.
My former business had streamlined and must me I with opportunity-job
through fight. No good exit situation therefore for me.
I was sceptical because I not first was able to grasp it, how that should be
possible, with ONLY simple 4,- Euro to earn 400,000 Euros.
That occurred me incredibly. But what I then had to lose except 4,- Euro.
Moreover my guilt heaped itself in the bank. My Dispo - credit was covered
already previously, ask must so that I at my family and friends for money
(no good feeling if one has guilt. I can guarantee that each, was that not
in such a situation).
After short considering however I began can buy myself to laugh, what I
already for 4,- Euro magnificent. Other networks - hundreds of Euro demanded
business start-capital.
And what is if this program is the "famous straw", with which I come again
on the legs?
Do I have this mail - received letter through chance?
If the program really klappt , can construct me I a characteristic business,
a "home-business".
And if I would not try it, I not also will know it. Therefore I "invested "
4,- Euro.
I WAS SHOCKED, WHEN I LOOK ON MY PAYPAL-ACCOUNT!!
If I think today after almost 3 months back, my "investment" of 4 calculated
itself,- EUR (I must in the thought again smile), MORE than. I paid my guilt
at the bank, family and friends.
I recovered comes until now (the end of April 2005) over 81.372,- EUR on my
Paypal-account and it more and more in addition.
THE ONLY WHAT I AM YOU NOW RATE, TAKE THIS PROGRAM SERIOUSLY.
I get that grey if I think, that I would have "almost" deleted these mails.
*******************************************************************************************
An example, how much you can earn through this program at money, you see
below if ONLY 10 persons participate in this program.
This program needs only 4,- Euro "start - capital" by what means it is also
very lucrative and successful. FOR ME, IT IS NOW EVEN THE MOST FAVORABLE WAY
TO THE INDEPENDENCE.
An example if ONLY 10 persons participate in this program:
5Th plain - your 10 participants
4Th plain - its 100 participants
3Rd plain - its 1,000 participants
2Nd plain - its 10,000 participants
1St plain - its 100,000 participants
You reached the 1te plain, that is, you erhälst now 400,000 Euros.
Here, you are now out of the game with 100,000 xs 4,- Euro on your account
>>400,000 Euros!!
Would ask you now once yourself:
- Which goals do you have? Wealth, prosperity, car , world trip, financial
security and freedom?
>>YOU CAN IT REACHING WITH YOUR PROGRAMS - PARTICIPATION.
Do - you think also that it more than 10 persons gives , that for that
gladly 4,- Euro remaining have in order to make from that a fortune?
Do - you believe also that it many people gives, who want to earn gladly
money, moreover on a very simple , effective and LEGAL type?
You participated first once in this system, you will have, above all already
, see fills so much joke if you like itself your account with money.
YOU HAVE STRAIGHT LINE THE BEST COMBINATION OF INTERNET + NETWORK-MARKETING
BEFORE YOU.
Approach this program so many people let you how can and want. The more, the
more salary you.
The example above stands for ONLY 10 participants. Participate...place you
now before, how much money you salary , if 100 people has (it with you also
gekribbelt in the thought?)
And that with this so simple and for each principle... of intelligible
HERE IS NEED WHAT YOU SIMPLY TO DOING FOR THAT ...
What we require now, is a fast possibility to transfer money.
We need an "internet bank". The solution is PayPal.
PayPal is a subsidiary of Ebay and offers the certain transfer
Of money into 56 countries simply per e-mail address.
1. a PREMIUMS-ACCOUNT cost-free BASIS Opens in PayPal in order to be able to
receive also credit-cards-payments.
https://www.paypal.com
2. would Send at the e-mail address 1st standing at position per PayPal 4,-
Euro.
( in -use-purpose- please indicate:" WOULD SET ME FAVOR ON YOUR MAIL-LIST")
Now you establish just a service. THIS IS 1000% industrial trade union
LEGAL! You request a legitimate service and pay for that!
If you send your payment of 4,- Euro to the first address in the list , tu
it with a large large smile on your face, because, "like you seeing ,
harvest you!" Here the present list:
Position 1. geldkonzept@gmx.net
Position 2. bookmoney24@yahoo.de
Position 3. homework@azillo.net
Position 4. kingjob24@yahoo.de
Position 5. ecashmail@yahoo.de
3. would Copy this letter, would open your letter program and would join the
letter there on.
The mail-address deletes now behind position 1.
The mail-address moves now behind position 2nd towards the top to 1.
The mail-address moves now behind position 3rd towards the top to 2.
The mail-address moves now behind position 4. Towards the top to 3.
The mail-address moves now behind position 5. Towards the top to 4.
Position 5th is now empty - would write here your mail-address a (the same
like in PayPal)
It is worthwhile to indicate a mail-address from 50 megabytes storages if
you work rarely at the PC.
You erhälst the payments per mail. Very simply, or?
Through the sending of this mail - letter and the payment over E-MAIL the
answer time is. EXTREMELY quickly. TRANSITION-INTERNET ELECTRONIC! Therefore
it lasts inundated becomes only some days for those 4,- Euro payments until
your PayPal account therewith!
A WORD OF THE WARNING:
Stops you exactly at this instructions!! - This system only so can bring
also the desired success.
Was honestly at the same time. This program is based upon the honesty and
courtesy of the participants. All other lets lose you only a quantity of
money and the confidence at this system.
Would keep in mind, the persons before you in the list earned it to stand at
the position. These persons also first enabled it you to participate in this
program.
Let do not mislead you your E-MAILS address at position 1 thereto join to
acquire around quickly money! It does not function so! If you that reach do
you ONLY the people whom you send directly the E-MAILS to and then becomes
your address immediately of the place the no. 1 removes and reach you the
cable envoys not! But, if you add no. 5 to your name of the position, it
yields receive and send literally 10 thousands of people that your E-MAILS.
At this time your name is at Positon no. 1!! It is goal that each
participant wins. A breach in the system damages only that self.
" LIKE YOU SEEING, HARVEST YOU"...
and to the end yet...
Would store your updated mail -letter now off. Would send it per E-MAIL or
would construct it into your Web-side on. Endure this letter
Free classified ads, cost-free Paid-mail-services in the network, ect.
confessed.
Little hint:
Would copy this text / this side and would send at 40 people. The number 40
in the head would retain is easily reach can, 40 a good number of people
that one in the internet.
THAT WAS ALL! The complete process should last approximately 30 minutes. WAS
PREPARED, WAS EXCITED .... IT FUNCTIONS!! Much joke and success.
You will think later also with joy in this day , at which you received this
mail - letter. The first day of the remainder of your life.
I do it already.

Remote Backup Suggestions
Hi all,
I have a quick question about remote backup solutions. Management is
waiting to implement a remote backup system and I am trying to determine the
best course of action as I have never looked any remote services before.
Is it better to use a backup provider (ie livevault) or do a remote
consisting of maybe a VPN to VPN site connection to lets a local site (my
house for example) purchase a backup software that is capable of providing
this feature and have a storage at the house.
What kinda prices do those services usally run. With the 2nd solution being
more expensive at first but no monthly charges occur after the setup is
complete.
Just looking for ideas.
Thanks

SCSI or SATA
We want to make some drastic maintenance at our server system. So far of
course only SCSI drives were recomended.
I am now not too sure if we shall consider SATA drives. They are much
cheaper and the speed is compareblae to SCSI drives. Is this true and is
really recommended?

Due to small place we intend to place new disk in a new computer case in

The SCSI controller would be in the main system and the external drives
would be connected by an exterlan SCSI cable.
Is this recomendable solution?

Disk Quota volume - which files?
Hi
(This may not be the right forum, so apologies, but it is certainly one of
the most 'answered' forums.)
I have a user who has half a Gigabyte of disk space showing on her disk
Quota's. I can only find a couple of MB in her home folder. She knows not
what these files may be, because as far as she is concerned she only makes
light use of the PC.
How can I tell which files/folders make up this half GB?

SBS exchange 2k outlook sent message headers?
Help!
I have a matter where I need to produce on paper a copy of an email
message sent from a user (client outlook 2002) via SBS exchange 2k to an
outside party and printout must include the internet headers.
I have the message in a sent items folder in outlook but message options
shows an empty internet headers box for all sent items? Any ideas how I
can get the headers? I'm obviously missing something here.
The message is older than my message tracking expiry in Exchange manager
message tracking center, and if if it where would only show the routing
and not the header?
Any suggestions appreciated.. Tag: Test Tag: 175069
