W e have a number of people using Terminal services in application mode. how
can we limit what they can do on the server, they are able to shut down the
server remotely! can anyone advise where I have set them up wrongly?

Even though its allowed with SBS 2000, best practice is to not run it in
application mode. Setup a 2nd Windows server to function as your TS.
