I made mine 8 GB. Don't think there is a standard.

Hi cmpy

Things to think about is whether user / company folders are going to be on
C. If so will they be used extensively ? Are you having exchange folder on C
? Personally I allocated a seperate 20GB partition for this.

Both instances can be moved from C later on, exchange is usually no problem
but user folders can cause problems later on and more tweaking needs to be
done to correct this.

As Chris says not really a standard I have 20GB C, 20 GB D for exchange
(remember exchange has a 16gb limit) and rest set aside for DATA....never
really should run out then....
