Symantec Corporate 8 clients not in server list

I know this isn't a Symantec group, but hopefully you can help me with this
Symantec "Small Business Version" question.

Does anyone here know why I can't get the full list of computers on my
network to show up in the Symantec System Center list.

Out of 8 machines on the network, only 3 show up. The more disturbing thing
is that there were 4 on Friday, and today there are only 3.

I tried the refresh button, but nothing. Is there something I need to do to
get the full list?

We use Norton AV Corproate Edition also. I know it takes a few minutes for
a new client to show up on our network. Is it a particular operating system
that is on the computers which you aren't seeing? You might possibly need
to install the netbeui protocol on the server if you are working with older
clients (win98). Just out of curiosity when you were installing the NAV
client on the clients did all the clients see the server?
