Not sure where the best place to post this is but I'll try here...

We have an FTP site that we allow our dealers access to. Recently I
published some home pictures to this site for them to download.

One of our dealers who is using a MAC G4 running OSX informs me that each
time he clicks on one of the pictures it is asking again for the username
and password.

I cannot get this to happen for me at all (running XP Pro with internet
explorer.)

Any ideas what may be casuing this? I am not 100% sure what browser he is
using...

Thanks, Brad

Does the issue occur when using an FTP client rather than a browser? You
should check to see if hes using PASV authentication as well...

Your IIS logfiles should give you some indication weather or not he's even
reaching the FTP site you host and should have an error (if applicable) to
give you further indication what the issue may be.
