I have Shared Fax installed on my SBS 2000 machine and it has been
functioning perfectly for 2 years except for the fact that when the fax is
received, the fax header information is being cut off making it impossible to
read. Is there some way to adjust the margins on the .tif file that is
created when the fax is received.

The Shared Fax continues to be the weakest link (in my opinion) of the =
SBS Suite.

No there really is no editing to be done that I'm aware of.
Have you looked at the Fax Server console in the Control Panel of the =
server...any adjustments that can be made are probably only available =
there

As an FYI...Mainstream support for Windows Server 2000 (and consequently =
SBS 2000) ends on Jun 30, 2005.

Maybe time to consider upgrading and getting the cool "new" features of =
SBS 2003
