I use Microsoft Shared Fax. In Outlook we enter [fax:nnnn] into the TO field
and the fax sends via a shared modem on my server. Until a
few days ago we were getting notifications telling us whether the fax was
successful or not. I looked up an article on "how to set up Microsoft
Shared fax service" and there is a section on "notifications". I reviewed
everything in that section but everything was already set up as was
suggested. As I said, it was working fine up until last week. I am the
administrator and no one else can make changes. I am not aware of any
changes that could affect this. Do you know what sould have caused it to
change and/or how to fix this?
