Had a problem when trying to send a word document using the file send to as
an attachment. An error cam up saying object not found, then there would be
an mapi error.
Under instruction I removed mapi32.dll (768K)from the winnt\system32
directory and ran fixmapi.exe this sorted the problem until the usre logged
of and on again when if the user tried the same procesdure there was an
error saying the module mapi32.dll could not be loaded. If you ran fixmapi
the error went away until log off.
I searched the drive and found another version of mapi32.dll (128k) which I
copied into the winnt\system32 directory. This fixed the problem completely.
I then installed the microsoft shared fax service which runs fine except for
sending a fax from with in out look. If I add the shared fax service in
outlook accounts it installs, but does not display in the list of installed
services. If I log off and on I see the Exchange server service in the list
but not the shared fax, if i try to reinstall i get an error telling me that
the service or directory alread exists.

Office XP Professional (Running on SBS T/Services)
Server to SP3
