Hi
Is there an easy way of setting up SBS2000 to forward a clients email to his
hotmail account.
Thanks

Yes you need to create a new contact in Active directory.
In this you add the hotmail e-mail and call the contact something sensible.
Then in the users properties under exchange general. Choose delivery options
and then tick the forward to box.
Add the contact name cretaed earlier and choose if messages are delivered
there as well as locally.
Then done.
I have it set for my home e-mail so all work stuff gets forwarded to home.
