Running Windows 2000 5.00.2195
Service Pack 3
Approx 10 XP Prof. clients

Every few days my IIS Service, FTP Service, and all of
my Exchange services are stopped. I can't find any
messages that look like they would cause this, and I have
run several virus scans that turned up nothing. Any ideas
what might be causing this? The only thing I KNOW that
changed from before it started was that we were assigned
a 'static' IP from our ISP instead of our 'dynamic' one.

I have OWA going, I have http, ftp, terminal services,
SMTP, POP3 all open.

Thank you so much for your help!
