If you are asking if the client upgrades his current Win2k server to SBS =
2003 will his 15 Server 2000 cals still be valid, the answer is NO. He =
will have to purchase new cals for SBS 2003. If he purchases a New =
Server with SBS 2003 and keeps the Win2k server, then his cals would =
remain valid on that server

Can Server 2000 CAL's be used if a customer choses to "upgrade" to SBS =
2003?
I know SBS comes with 5 CAL's but there are 15 clients on the network =
and
all are currently licensed with Server 2000 CAL's. Microsoft licensing =
still
keeps me somewhat confused!
