I am setting up a test copy of Win 2000 SBS on my home machine. (I am within
my licenced limits)

On my home PC I have 2 HD's
On my c: drive I have Win XP Pro installed
I insatlled Win 2000 SBS on my D: drive.

I am now having problems getting into my Win XP O/S. Previous to this
installation I had Win 2003 Server on my drive. The Boot.ini file on my C:
properly directed the load up depending on which O/S I chose at the startup.

The problem I am now experiencing is that when I choose to go to my Windows
XP drive Windows 2000 SBS starts to load, but crashes immediatley looking
for a file in windows/system32. Windows is the correct folder for my Win Xp
drive (vs. Winnt on SBS)

My Boot.ini was removed from my C drive to my desktop during the
installation. When I try and paste it back on to c: I get a message saying
do I want to replace the boot.ini file already on C:, which I can't see or
find (proper setting have been applied to show hidden files. I have elected
not to overwrite this file.

I am concerned that if I do a repair on Win XP (did one on SBS it did solve
the problem) that I will screw up access to both systems

Any help would be appreciated.
