We are running a 2000SB Server that is runnign ISA server, there are a number
of days that we need to restart the server as everything grinds to a halt.
After the restart everything works ok

How can i check that out server is 100% secure and am i able to find out if
other people are accessing our server from out side the organisation

your help and assistance would be appreciated

When everything "grinds to a halt" are you able to open Task Manager and see
exactly what is using the CPU or RAM to a point that makes the server
unresponsive? Are there any errors in your event or app logs? There are
many things that can cause server slowdowns (not just ISA), and you'll want
to track that down.

If you're using eTrust anti-virus, try updating your drivers. A few SBS'ers
have had server performance issues when using drivers dated prior to August
2004. Even if you're on the current version, 7.1, you may have the old
drivers depending on when your CD was manufactured.

There are quite a few options for on-line security checks. You can probably
find any number in google, but the one I'd start with is Shields Up from
www.grc.com. I usually opt to check all the ports, not just the "common"
ones.

In ISA, do you have a packet filter called "ICMP ping response (in)?" If
so, r-click it and click "disable." That should prevent your server from
responding to inbound pings.
