Seeing secure faxes from Share fax

Hi there,

I thought I was being very smart by configuring one of our fax lines
for accounting/purchasing (secured data) and routing this to a separate
Exchange Public Folder with specific permissions.

To my horror, I've just discovered that all staff can still view the
incoming fax from this secured line by double clicking the Shared Fax
icon in Printers & Faxes.

Is there a way of controlling access to view the faxes from Printers &
Faxes?

Yes, see the Security tab on the properties of the root node of the Shaered
Fax Service Manager snap-in.
