Hi Simon,

By default, the users email address is generated using the log-on name. You
can change this behavior several ways.

The most efficient way is to change your recipient policy.

In Exchange System Manager, expand Recipients and click on Recipient
Policies.
On the right pane right click the default recipient policy and select
properties.
On the email Address Policy, click new, select SMTP Address and click OK
In the Address box, enter %g@atlantic......com.
OK your way out.
Click the check box beside the new address, and click on Set as Primary
button.
OK your way out.

Right click the Default Policy again, and select Apply this Policy Now.

In a few minutes, you should be able to go into user properties, and see the
new address on the General tab, at the bottom where it says E-mail.

Note that the %g vairable refers to the given name - which is equivalent to
the First name box on the users general tab.
