Whenever I've had this error, what's fixed it is to find the bad message and
delete it. I've been relatively lucky in that the sender address made it
easy to figure out whose mailbox the message was in. Then, you have to
really get rid of it - delete it from the deleted items folder and deleted
item recovery, not just the Inbox. (You can use shift+del to bypass deleted
item recovery).
I've ignored these, too. They don't seem to cause any problem. But, they
do get annoying if the message hangs around for any length of time.
